&lt;b&gt;Rasa Malaysia&lt;/b&gt; : Oh yes, leeks give a nice twist to the whole dish in terms of the taste. Must be due to the onion-type of smell.

&lt;b&gt;tigerfish&lt;/b&gt; : So far, I haven&#039;t tried it with frozen fish but you can always try and let me know.
