Suet Yin : I am glad you had the courage to experiment with this recipe and found it nice. Now you can have tofu as often as you want in Moscow :D

hi pablopabla, I'm a student studying oversea here in Moscow Russia. Honestly, it's difficult to find Msia food here, so this homemade tofu really enlightened my dinner =) I have tried this recipe and it's really a great one. Thanks for your entry. Oh ya, as I couldn't find evaporated milk here yet, I tried it with plain milk, it works! =) - this is the post I wrote about it =D

alice : Honestly, I have not tried it with cream or plain milk. My gut feeling tells me it might not turn out right. If you want to try, I suggest you scale down the amount of ingredients in proportionate ratios so that you won't waste a lot if it does not work.

Do you think I can substitute evaporated milk with cream or just plain milk?

FLo : Hey! Thanks for coming by and I am glad to know that you are finding the recipes useful :) Your feedback is motivating!

tigerfish : My wife made ;) Yeah, it is awesome indeed and I ate about 3/4 of the bowl of tofu up there.

Cooking Ninja : I don't suppose you can get unsweetened soya bean milk in Nantes, huh?
