Pablo, you have just save my day……….again! I will definitely try out this dish. I have made one with eggs in it at home (Boston). It’s a simple stir fried tomatoes with eggs. Minced chicken with tomatoes…..yum-o. You are brilliant! Hail the Master Chef!

This is very close to a dish my mom made with tomatos, but she use green onions/scallions instead of onions, and she also use thinly sliced beef, and some green peas as well as a 1/2 cooked scrambled eggs just before it is done.

err its just Pork Bolognaise …

use tomato puree … nicer …
