I love bitter gourd, and I have it on a weekly basis. First time I saw a bitter gourd dish with salted eggs. Looks delicious. I hope my wife is reading this and gets the hint.

I think this dish will go great with plain porridge.

omg!! i am so excited to find your blog!! you are a godsend!! gosh… currently studying overseas and well, in conclusion, there are no cheap places to eat…especially when you have classes from 9-7pm!! starting to run outta ideas of what to eat and then, BAM!! came across your blog.. gonna get my parents to send some of the ingredients over though.. thanks a mill!! saved me from dying of boredom from eating maggi everyday..literally..
