Bro, I was reviewing a bitter gourd restaurant review in The Star and they served this dish. Wondered how they cooked it!

I love bitter gourd, and I have it on a weekly basis. First time I saw a bitter gourd dish with salted eggs. Looks delicious. I hope my wife is reading this and gets the hint.

I think this dish will go great with plain porridge.
